Winner2009是一款密接模块化设计外置分散系统的湿法大量程激光粒度仪,测试范围覆盖毫米、微米、亚微米、纳米,采用双光束多频谱探测系统和侧向光散射测试技术,有效提高了仪器的测试精度和性能。主要用于颗粒分布较宽的粒度测试和科学研究。

配置密接模块化设计的分散系统

配置密接模块化设计的分散系统,使用大功率循环泵,对管路进行优化设计,提高了产品的整体协调性,分散系统独立于测试系统,仪器维护更加方便。

 

光路自动对中

自主研发三维自动对中系统(ZL号:ZL . 2013 2 0835882 .4),采用精密四相混合式步进电机,微精度达到微米级别,使仪器光路始终处于对中状态,为测试结果的准确性和稳定性提供了基础保障。

 

 

无约束自由拟合技术

粒度分析不受任何函数限制,真实反映颗粒分布状态。

 

双激光正交光路

采用会聚光傅里叶变换技术,使散射光不受透镜孔径的限制;采用双谱面光路设计,测量范围扩大至2000微米,探测角度为0.0155度至164度,采用进口傅里叶镜头,保证颗粒测量的稳定和准确,自主研发的双激光正交光路,利用蓝光半导体辅助激光器的水平偏振光,能同时接受纳米级别颗粒前向、侧向和反向的散射光,有效提升了纳米级别颗粒粒径的测试精度。
